Ben also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the Louisville Venture Club and as an advisor to the Community Health Charities organization.

Favorite part of my job: Meeting new people and connecting the dots in healthcare.
Proudest moment of my job: When it’s your baby, there are a lot of proud moments.  But the one that stands out is the relaunch of Medical News.
First job out of college? Buying and sell high-end (read: very expensive) wine for collectors.
Best Healthcare Experience: My best healthcare experience was born out of a scary situation.  When I found my cancerous tumor, I immediately (after a 12-hour international flight) went to my primary care physician.  My doctor single-handedly managed my experience and treatment from diagnosis to surgery to a full recovery.  What could have taken more than three weeks of agony was accomplished in 72 hours.
One thing my colleagues would be surprised to know about me: I really want to be organized… seriously… I do.
What book is currently on your nightstand? 11/22/63 (Stephen King) and various sailing magazines.
Dream Vacation: A tour of authentic pizza and wood-fired brick ovens in Italy.
Favorite T.V. show: Modern Family
Favorite Restaurant: Le Relais
Favorite movie: Anything by Baz Luhrmann
Favorite band: Outkast
Favorite sports team: UK (basketball), Georgia Tech (Football)
On Sunday morning you’ll most likely find me… On the couch, with a cup of coffee and as many newspapers as I can get my hands on.
You’ll most likely find this drink on my desk?  Hot tea.
