Elizabeth W. McKune, Ed.D., Director of Behavioral Health for Passport Health Plan, has been named the Kentucky Psychological Association (KPA) Psychologist of the Year. Dr. McKune received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her doctorate at the University of Louisville.
