The Kosair Charities Children’s Peace Center at Our Lady of Peace, part of KentuckyOne Health, will host a free Peace for Parents seminar on the impacts of ADHD.
The final seminar in the 2013 Peace for Parents series will focus on how ADHD impacts children and teens beyond impulsivity, hyperactivity and inattentiveness. The program will be presented by Laura Petter, nurse manager, Our Lady of Peace. The seminar will take place on Thursday, November 14 at 6 p.m. The seminar will take place at Greenwood Elementary School, located at 5801 Greenwood Road in Louisville.
Peace for Parents is open to parents, teachers, counselors and other concerned individuals that would like to learn more about how to face challenging issues with children and adolescents.
